Returns

If you change your mind, you can return your items within 14 days of delivery: you need to register your return request online and post the items within 14 days of delivery.
Returned products must be unworn, unwashed and unaltered.
Incomplete, damaged, used or modified items cannot be accepted.
Returned products must have all the original tags and labels attached and be in their original and integral packaging, including their box or bag.

Important: Each item must be returned in the exactly condition it was received, the organza bag packaging included, and presenting the security seal intact; in case of broken or missing device, the return will be considered as not acceptable and the product will be returned to the Customer.
The company is not liable for user misconduct and / or carelessness in filling in the return formats or for damages attributable to the courier and / or carrier that will be chosen at the user's discretion and cost.

In the case of returns of orders containing free products, these must also be returned. In case of a broken or missing free product, the return will be considered unacceptable and it will be returned to the Customer.

If you are a registered customer, complete the online return procedure by entering your account and clicking on "My orders". Click on the "Return product/s" button next to your order code and follow the instructions until your return has been correctly registered.
If you placed your order as a guest the return request can be submitted by filling the Return Form in the Returns section of our website.

If your return does not comply with our Return Policy, it will not be possible to accept it and we will send the items back to you with no credit.

You can return any product within 14 days from the delivery date.

The returns service is currently at customer charge, except where specifically specified in the Terms and Conditions of Sale. Below the following cost:

- € 15 for Italy;
- € 30 for Europe;
- € 45 for United Kingdom, to be converted to local currency according to the expected exchange rate at the time of refund;
- CAD 90 for Canada;
- $60 for the United States;
- € 60 for Russia, to be converted into local currency according to the expected exchange rate at the time of reimbursement;
- € 60 for all other countries, to be converted to local currency according to the expected exchange rate at the time of reimbursement.


Your refund will be issued once the parcel has been received by our warehouse, the quality check has been carried our by the quality check department and the return has been processed.

The cost of returning the product/s to our warehouse, whether by courier or postal service, is solely payable by the customer.
